Manfred Scheiring Manfred Scheiring, born 1960 in USA, moved to Austria at age thirteen. He is a senior director with extensive experience in sales, marketing and business development. Mr. Scheiring has fulfilled careers in civil engineering, project management and sales in the Military-, Government- and Aerospace industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree for Civil Engineering. In 2003, he joined SCOTTY Group Austria, a leading provider of beyond line-of-sight video and data solutions to the military, para-military and government markets. Currently he holds the position of Global Sales and Marketing Director at SCOTTY.In 2000 he joined smp (then Smp Consulting & Handel GmbH.) as business executive in charge of sales. He became CEO of the organization in 2005. In 2015 he negotiated the exclusive contract received from Thuraya for the development, sales & marketing of the new aero satellite communication system called Thuraya Aero. In the course of the negotiations, he restructured the organization and renamed it to smp aviation to fulfill the contract obligations with Thuraya. He leads the team of smp aviation as their CEO. |
