Serhat Melik
CLEAN SKY 2 - Clean Sky 2 JITI Country Representative

Serhat Melik was graduated from Middle East Technical University Department of Civil Engineering and got a master’s degree in the same department. He has been working in The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) EU Framework Programmes National Coordination Office as a National Contact Point for Transport in Turkey since 2010. He is also representing Turkey in Clean Sky 2 Joint Technology Initiative State Representative Group.

Ali Hakan Safak

Hakan KARATAŞ had his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University in 2001.

He worked as National Contact Person (NCP) for the EU 7th Framework Programme’s European Research Council (ERC) and Regional Development Divisions between 2005-2010. Between the years 2010-2012 he worked as European Union Expert at Directorate of Social, Regional and Innovative Policies in Ministry for the EU. He was also Head of Department in Department of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)  in Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities from 2012 to 2014.

Since 2014, he is the Director for International Cooperation – TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey).

Jean-Baptiste Pomar
TRIGO - International Manager for the Aerospace Business

Jean-Baptiste Pomar has been working for TRIGO as an International Manager for the Aerospace Business Line since 2015—with strong focus on developing international activities all along the aerospace supply chain and supporting a one stop shop concept for all quality related issues.

Before joining TRIGO, he had worked for VEOLIA Transportation where he had been in charge of deploying ISO9001 / 14001 quality standards within the organization.  Later, he continued his career at QUALITAIRE (now 100% subsidiary of TRIGO Group), mainly being involved as a Business & Team Manager in EHS activities for the aerospace sector.

Jean-Baptiste holds a Master Degree both in Quality Safety Environment and International Business.  As a sport enthusiast, he is also a basketball coach.
